We’ve broken ground at 1545 Regent St (across from The Taphouse)! Subgrade work has commenced, and we will be commencing with the building excavation program shortly. Stay tuned for updates as we progress through the summer.

This building will consist of five leaseable commercial spaces. The exterior will be a combination of masonry, prefinished metal siding and Oko Skin, a premium concrete panel exterior finish. Paired with the large windows and decorative steel over the storefronts, the facade of this building will give the building a sophisticated and modern look.
