REGENT ST. PLAZA: KICKING OFF THE SUMMER
We’ve broken ground at 1545 Regent St (across from The Taphouse)! Subgrade work has commenced, and we will be commencing with the building excavation program shortly. Stay tuned for updates as we progress through the summer.
This building will consist of five leaseable commercial spaces. The exterior will be a combination of masonry, prefinished metal siding and Oko Skin, a premium concrete panel exterior finish. Paired with the large windows and decorative steel over the storefronts, the facade of this building will give the building a sophisticated and modern look. For leasing opportunities, contact Gerry Toffoli at 929-4514.

Very proud of the team for coming out and working their tails off for such a good cause!
GIVING BACK: SERVING AT THE ELGIN ST. MISSION
At Polestar CM Inc., we believe in giving back to our community. This year, we served at the Elgin St. Mission for the kick-off of the Rotary Club of Sudbury Sunriser’s annual “20 Days of Christmas,” where businesses and organizations in the community each sponsor a night and send a team to serve dinner at the Mission.
CHRISTMAS STAFF PARTY 2016: BILLS vs PATRIOTS
Work hard, play hard. All year, the staff and Partners at Polestar CM Inc. and 3rdLine.Studio grind hard to be in the top tier in our field. This year, the Staff Christmas Party got stepped up a notch. We hopped on a Party Bus at 3:30am on Sunday morning in order to make it to New Era Park (previously known as Ralph Wilson Stadium) in Buffalo to allow us ample time to enjoy the pregame tailgating festivities. After spending a couple of hours in the parking lot enjoying BBQ, cold drinks, and camaraderie, we entered the stadium to enjoy the game.
The game was vs the New England Patriots, and although it was close at the beginning, the Patriots pulled away. Final score: 41-25 NE.
After the game, we all packed back up into the party bus (which wasn’t very lively for the return trip) and ventured North, across the border and back to Sudbury. We arrived back home around 11:00pm. It was a whirlwind day and a lot of fun. Everyone had a blast and most importantly, everyone made it home safe!
ANDREW HYATT: LIVE AT THE FARM
At Polestar CM Inc, we work very hard. Off the clock, we play hard as well. This year marked the inaugural Sergio-Palooza: a night where Polestar CM Inc. and our sister company, 3rdLine.Studio invite staff, clients, family, and friends to enjoy great BBQ, cold drinks, good company, and most importantly awesome music. This year’s Palooza was headlined by Country musician and rising star in the Country music world, Andrew Hyatt. Andrew rocked the house, serenaded us, and had everyone dancing and singing along all night long. We can’t wait to have him back next year!
The BBQ was fired up, the drinks were cold, and everyone had a foot stompin’ good time!
Can’t wait for Sergio-Palooza 2017
SUMMER STAFF PARTY 2016: ADVENTURE TOUR
For our summer staff party this year, we went to Scenic Caves Nature Adventures in beautiful the Blue Mountains of Collingwood. We adventured through the treetop trek (where we slid a 300-foot zipline), navigated an elaborate network of caves, and finished the day off with a 1000-foot zipline ride – 150-foot VERTICAL DROP!
